Part 2
When there’s a party, you just know that there will be funky outfits. Since this was a unique UV-light party, some people went a little bit further than usual, so they would look extra cool glowing in the dark.

The first blacklight or UV-light party was supposed to have been held in the car park of Mandarin Orchard. But due to certain restrictions, the party was moved to Bar on 5. RazorTV checked out the glowing partygoers and found out if they preferred the new venue.
